Pineapple Jalapeño Mocktail

As I’ve decided to stop drinking, lots of you are asking for mocktail recipes so I am trying to add some to my toolbox! I honestly am someone who keeps it simple most of the time (preferably with a club soda, splash of grapefruit juice, and lime), but I recently had a dinner party and decided to go all out for my friends. I made a pitcher of this drink and served it alongside a bottle of tequila so that it could be a margarita of sorts for those who were drinking and a delicious mocktail for those who weren’t. Portion sizes are for a larger group, so edit accordingly!
